It consists of a no-maintenance tornado intake car device which generates a vortex of air after installing in your air intake in about 5 minutes.
The tornado fuel saver is supposed to work by constantly swirling air which allows for a better fuel/air mixture.
Some people have had good results using the tornado fuel saver while others claim that this and other devices like it have no effect whatsoever.
